Event Pictures Online

Q: I was at an event today, why can't I find the pictures online?
A: If were at a 2-3 day event we don't have web access to upload, photos are loaded 1-2 days after the event is over. However, smaller 1 day events may be posted late the same night. We usually post the event link prior to posting photos. If you follow the link and input your email, the site will send you a message when we have posted images.

Q: Why cant I find image(s) online that I saw at the event(s)?
A: Prior to posting, all images are doubled checked for suitability (back of head shots) and focus (blurry images). If you order at the event, we can tell you right away if it is blurry, and you may cancel your order if you think the print quality isn't good enough. Since we use a third party to process orders it adds a layer difficulty to cancel orders, or if we print and mail it to you and it is blurry then we forfeit the printing costs and shipping if you are unhappy with the quality, hence we decided to only post photos that we believe will not be returned for poor quality. Also it speeds up your photo viewing time on the website not having to look through low quality photos. It is always best to buy at the event - then you know for sure the photo you see at the event will not be deleted.

Q: Can I get the "buy three get one free" deal online?
A: "Buy three get one free" is an incentive to purchase images at the event and is only available at the event.


Ordering & Shipping

Q: I ordered an emailed image file - why is there a shipping fee?
A: The online ordering system is handled by a third party website which does not differentiate between product shipping types. The shipping/handling fee is fixed for all online orders and is the same for a large package that costs us $10 to ship as it is for small package costing $1 to ship. We have taken this fixed shipping fee into account when setting the price of emailed images, reducing the price accordingly. We still do a 4-7 point image correction including but not limited to color, sharpness, levels, curves, saturation, cropping and resolution on all images ordered.

Q: I ordered an emailed image file, why does the invoice say to expect the order in 2-3 weeks?
A: The online ordering system is handled by a third party website. The '2 to 3 weeks' wording at the top of the invoice is set by them - we have no control over it. We process all action photos in house, and usually ship or email within 48 hours. Almost all other items are sent to a professional lab to be processed.

Q:How do I order a cd?
A: 20 lower resolution photos ( around 500 kb, adequate to print 4x6 photos) may be purchased on a cd. Open the thumbnail of the image you want and open the "select a package" drop down menu. Select "add image to CD $40.00". Select up to 19 additional images, but this time select "image on CD $0.00" Continue to check out to complete your order.
If you want more then 20 images on the 21st image select "add image to CD $40.00" again and then you may select up to 19 more again.

A:Pro Photo Express's lab has a website for remakes. The website is ez-reorder.com. on the outside of your envelope is an ez-reorder number. Just visit the website and input the information needed and your missing items will show up in a few weeks. No need to call or email us. Ez-reorder will take care of it for you.

Q: I want to reorder more team photos merchandise. what do I do?
